We have been resourcing intellectuals since 2010 for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kenya, Lebanon, Azerbaijan, Singapore. We pioneered the idea of professional staffing services several years ago and as the needs of businesses have evolved so have we. In 2012, we were able to understand that the staffing industry was not the same and the expectation of the clients as well as the candidates have changed, and there was a big transformation from hiring from skilled candidates now it has gone to value-based hiring.  Our team saw potential in moving toward a more specialized staffing approach and began placing ideal candidates into suitable positions in accordance to their skill set and potentials at higher skill levels. Our clients and candidates found value in professional-level staffing, which is why we launched a series of temporary professional staffing divisions in finance and technology.
